CNC PROGRAMMER NEEDED- Pomona, Ca

$24-$26.00 AN HOUR (D.O.E) and LENGTH OF STABILITY

SHIFT: 6am-2:30pm, plus overtime Saturdays if needed

Responsible for programming of computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery using Mastercam for both mill and lathes.

Coordinates with the shop floor to ensure program performance and quality. Makes general decisions as to quality, tolerances and operation. Min 5 yrs experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Blue Prints, Must know CAD systems, Solid Edge and MasterCam, Able to write programs for various CNC equipment

Ÿ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or study sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed, and plan the best process for machining

Ÿ Compute dimensions and tolerances from conventional blueprints and CAD drawings using Mastercam and be able to design in Mastercam and be proficient in Four Axis programming

Ÿ Write programs for a variety of machine tools including computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce precision parts

Ÿ Ensure dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications by verifying with the machine operator

Ÿ Provide set-up drawings and tool lists for machine tool operators

Ÿ Solid Works or Solid Edge willingness to learn Solid Edge

Essential Job Duties:

Qualifications- 5 YEARS MACHINERY Proficient in Mastercam programming, Proficient in Four Axis programming
