License Clinical Therapist - Full Time, Non-exempt, at Cedar House Life Change Center

We are seeking a License Clinical Therapist to join our team to continue to provide high-quality Substance Abuse Treatment.
As a member of the Clinical Team, you will be working alongside the Chief Operations Officer, Clinical Director and the Cedar House Treatment Team.
The salary range for this position is as follows:
MIN Salary = $65,000
MID Salary = $78,000
MAX Salary = $95,000

What You Will Do:
The Clinical Therapist acts as a member of the Clinical Team by providing therapy services and will participate in the clinical supervision of staff and assist the Chief Operations Officer with treatment development.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is complete, timely, and accurately reflects the services provided.
- Ensure that the services delivered are of the highest quality and meet all standards of practice.
- Participate in regular weekly and emergency treatment team meetings, facilitate groups, and provide the necessary documentation.
- As needed, complete suicide risk assessments. Provide SUD diagnosis and determine medical necessity for the level of care.
- As needed, conduct individual therapy.
- Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials and demonstrate the following skills:
- Licensure through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Minimum of three years of work experience in the field of substance use disorder treatment
- In-depth knowledge of co-occurring disorders or substance use disorders and the recovery process
- Knowledge and experience with existing compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, maintaining productive working relationships with staff.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
