Cedar House Life Change Center (CHLCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. What started as a small 12-bed alcohol treatment facility for men in 1973, named "Amigo House", is now a 125-bed treatment facility and we are growing! The staff at Cedar House is passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of those suffering from Substance Use Disorders.

DUTY STATEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in partnership with the COO and as part of the clinical team, the Clinical Therapist will participate in clinical supervision of staff and assist COO with treatment development.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is complete, timely, and accurately reflects the services provided.
- Ensure that the services delivered are of the highest quality and meet all standards of practice.
- Participate in regular weekly and emergency treatment team meetings, facilitate groups, and provide necessary documentation.
- As needed, complete suicide risk assessments Provide SUD diagnosis and determine medical necessity for level of care.
- As needed, conduct individual therapy
- Other duties and/or responsibilities as are assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Licensure through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC)
- Minimum of three years of work experience in the field of substance use disorder treatment
- In-depth knowledge of co-occurring disorders or substance use disorders and the recovery process
- Knowledge and experience with existing compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, maintaining productive working relationships with staff.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This is a full-time, hourly position, salary to be commensurate with experience.
