Receptionist Job Description
Employment type: Full Time
We are currently looking for a Receptionist here at A&R. Availability to work 40 hours each week from Monday through Friday. Work hours will be from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties which include but are not limited to creating orders, invoices, copies, and filing paperwork - Keeps track of inventory and updates inventory daily
- Answers and screens phone calls, takes messages, and distributes messages accordingly
- Greets and directs customers
- Assists in setup for daily meetings
- Makes post office runs, and other errands
- Keep front office clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Check in visitors at front desk, provide them with badge and direct them to the assigned personnel
- Must be able to send out shipments in a timely manner when requested
- Is in constant communication with project managers and staff
Qualities & Skills
- We are looking for a candidate who is is detail oriented, organized, dependable, and has excellent listening skills - Bilingual (Spanish and English) reading and writing skills
- Quickbooks knowledge is not required but is beneficial (training will be provided) - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and can excel under pressure - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive
- Customer service: 1 year (Required) - 35 wpm requirement ( test will be provided)
