We have the following position at our Victorville hauling division:

Yardman: Part-Time (Schedule is every Saturday and Sunday and 1 day during the week)

The yard attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and yard area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Division yard cleaning and organization activities.
• Barrel and Bin Cleaning
• Repairs (barrels only and assist welder with bins as needed)
• Container inventory & organization
• Janitorial cleaning (vacuuming, restroom cleaning, empty trash containers, etc…)
• Parking lot and entry way cleaning
• Landscape cleaning (weeding, shrubs, trees and grass areas)
• SWPPP Maintenance & Litter Control (on-site BMPs) – Daily
• Maintain E-waste, tire, green-waste and metal drop-off areas
• Will assist with road call clean ups
• Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a safety sensitive environment.
• Must have a valid California Class C Driver's License, required

PHYSICAL:

• Must have ability to make sound judgment.
• Must have ability to stand continuously during assigned shift and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
