• Nancy Becerra: Nancy is an Academy Manager at Bank of America and supports the Preferred West Division in the SDIE Region in California. In addition to onboarding teammates through the Academy, she also supports the Unidos/Goodwill program and volunteers in her community delivering BMH Financial Literacy.
