Works under supervision of Engineering Manager preparing technical and mechanical drawings showing the detail and method of assembly of a wide variety of machinery and mechanical devices and the manufacture of equipment for kitchen convention industrial ovens. May participate in designing special modifications to existing machinery or parts. Determine design elements, such and the numbers and kinds of fasteners needed to assemble the machine. Perform a modeling, drafting or Engineering Change Order process with minimum errors.
