This workshop will take full advantage of this narrative and focuses on self-reflection and visioning as woman entrepreneur, guided by a methodology called the 5 Domains of an Entrepreneur. 

Participants will explore: 

• Who they were yesterday (Past): Reflecting on past experiences and habits that led to their current stage and desired changes. 
• Who they are today (Present): Evaluating their current skills and mindset while identifying solutions for growth and development. 
• Who they seek to become (Future): Crafting a vision for the future and aligning their entrepreneurial journey with their life’s goals.

Designed as a space uniquely supportive of women’s perspectives, this workshop offers an environment where participants can openly explore their entrepreneurial paths and aspirations. 

Entry Fee: $20 for the public. Free for BBOP Center members.

About Jaûne Odombrown: 

Jaûne’s professional journey is deeply rooted in his personal story of resilience. From navigating 14 years in the foster care system to serving 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including two combat tours to Afghanistan from 2010-2012, he has consistently turned adversity into opportunity. As the first in his family to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, Jaûne has proven the power of determination and education in changing lives.

His path as an entrepreneur has been shaped by both failures and successes, fueling his belief that the entrepreneurial journey is as much about persistence as it is about innovation. These experiences inspired him to become a practitioner of the process of entrepreneurship and dedicate his career to helping others navigate their own paths. By embracing the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, Jaûne gained invaluable insights, which now guide his work in empowering individuals to transform challenges into opportunities.
