About

Our mission is to build bridges—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically—in the lives of people in our community, empowering them to discover and fulfill their God-given destiny.

History
In 2009 Sr. Pastor Dan Carroll and City of Fontana’s then Mayor Mark Nuaimi, and then Councilwomen Acquanetta Warren shared a vision to meet the needs of the community by linking our city to our church. CityLink was then founded in Downtown Fontana and established as the Local Outreach of Water of Life Community Church.

Mission Statement
Our mission at CityLink is to instill hope by synchronizing purpose and strategy into empowering and supportive services, which will be transformational for the people in our community.

Culture Statement
At CityLink our culture is one of authentic passion, which exemplifies respect and embodies a servant hearted, spirit led team that produces tangible results.
