First Institute Training & Management (FITM) has been providing Out of School Workforce Development programs since 2005. By prioritizing each participant’s success and considering each individual’s needs, FITM has assisted over 1700 youth gain a wealth of knowledge, self-esteem and the skills needed to be a valuable asset to the global economy. Our programs prepare them for employment through various programs that develop their skills. The program assists young adults in overcoming barriers to education and employment by targeting the individual needs and goals of each participant.
