As the fastest growing region in Southern California, the promise of the Inland Empire has never been greater. For sixty years, Reach Out has been at the center of community health initiatives designed to strengthen community bonds by breaking barriers to educational achievement, expanding economic opportunities, and creating safer, healthier, more innovative communities.

Communities Leading the Way

This year, Reach Out advanced health, education, and economic opportunity for more than 2 million Inland Empire residents through 30+ programs and regional partnerships. We launched Pacific Empire College to train the next generation of Community Health Workers, expanded youth wellness and workforce pathways, and strengthened families through evidence-based programs and resource navigation.

Our Healthy Jurupa Valley initiative was nationally recognized by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with a 2024 Culture of Health Prize—affirming the power of community-led solutions to drive lasting change.
