At Safe Haven Resilience, Inc. we strive to meet each person where they are and develop a plan to assist them during their transitional phase from foster care. We aim to help with job training, housing, emergency food supplements and more.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs to help our clients get back on their feet.
Transitional Assistance: To empower Transitional Age Youth and families to meet their basic needs, improve their quality of life, and achieve long-term health and economic self-sufficient
Juvenile Alcohol & Drug Assistance: Services for youth at risk experiencing addiction and or mental health challenges. A full continuum of services and support from prevention and intervention to treatment and recovery classes and referrals.
Adolescent Parenting: Services for young ladies up to 26 years experiencing education, health, wellness, and parenting assistance.
Home Care Assistance: Services for those in need of home care, short or long term, to help gain independence, improve client's daily functions, avoid hospitalization, and assist families with respite care assistance.
