The Equipping House is a 501(c)(3) Christ-centered nonprofit organization based in the Inland Empire, serving Fontana and surrounding communities. Our mission is to restore, strengthen, and equip individuals through biblical truth, compassionate support, recovery resources, and practical life development.
We provide faith-based support services including Christian counseling, addiction and recovery coaching, premarital counseling, life skills development, leadership and discipleship training, and church partnership programs. The Equipping House exists to provide a safe and supportive place for people to heal, grow, and move forward in wholeness, purpose, and freedom.
Our vision is to see lives renewed, leaders raised, and communities transformed through Christ-centered care, emotional healing, and Spirit-led teaching.

Owner Biography
Paul Becker is the Founder and President of The Equipping House. Paul is a U.S. Navy Veteran, an ordained Chaplain, including a Fire/EMS Chaplain designation, a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors, a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach, and a Certified Addiction & Recovery Coach.
With more than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources, leadership development, training, and people support, Paul brings a unique blend of ministry, counseling, coaching, and organizational leadership to the community. His heart is to help people experience healing, restoration, personal growth, and renewed purpose through compassionate, faith-based care.
